Case Manager - Tailored Learning


About the role – 2 x Casual Positions  

Join our Tailored Learning program and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people aged 15–17. In this rewarding role, you will provide case management support, foster engagement in education, and empower students to work towards achieving their SACE and future goals. Working alongside young people, families, schools, and community partners, you will build strong relationships, provide practical support, and help create positive pathways for learning, wellbeing, and long-term success.

About you:

You are passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their goals. With a strong commitment to person-centred practice, you build positive relationships with ease and thrive in a collaborative environment. You are proactive, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to engage young people from diverse backgrounds and respond effectively to their individual needs.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

  • VET Certificate IV or Diploma of Youth Work or Youth Justice
  • Tertiary Qualifications relevant to the work such as Bachelor of Social Work, or Bachelor of Psychology
  • Experience in case management, youth work, social work, education, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.
  • Experience working with young people experiencing complex needs and barriers to engagement.
