Food Hub Partnership Lead


About the role – 0.4 FTE (Part Time Contract until 30/6/2028)

The Food Hub Partnership Lead plays a key role in strengthening Baptist Care SA’s Inner City Food Hub by building and maintaining partnerships that improve access to affordable food for people in need. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, partnership development, promotion of the Food Hub, and performance monitoring to ensure sustainable, client-focused outcomes. Working closely with internal teams and community partners, the position supports wellbeing, connection, and positive change for vulnerable communities.

This role is worked 4 days per fortnight, with days negotiable based on business needs and candidate preferences.

About you:

You are a proactive, people-focused professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, adaptable and able to work independently, you enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and contributing to meaningful community outcomes. You are motivated by purpose-driven work and value inclusivity, integrity and continuous improvement.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant degree with experience in sector or similar role such as Social Work, Psychology
  • Diploma qualifications or Certificate 4 in Community Services with substantial years of relevant experience
  • Evidence of successful experience in stakeholder engagement
  • Previous work experience in faith-based Community Service environment
  • Previous work experience in retail
