Group Facilitator (Outdoor Instructor)
About the role – Multiple Casual Positions!
As a Group Facilitator at Baptist Care SA, you’ll lead adventure-based programs that inspire growth, connection, and confidence. Guiding activities like hiking, kayaking, and climbing, you’ll create safe, engaging experiences that help participants discover their potential while working with a supportive, passionate team.
About you:
You are energetic, professional, and passionate about helping others grow. You thrive in outdoor and team environments, enjoy facilitating meaningful experiences, and have a strong focus on safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes. You are adaptable, approachable, and committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment for participants.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- Experience facilitating adventure-based activities in outdoor settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of risk management and safety procedures in adventure activities
- Ability to engage and manage group dynamics effectively
- Relevant outdoor qualifications (e.g., Cert III in Outdoor Recreation or equivalent)
