Hospitality Assistant
About the Role – 2 Casual Positions Available | Starting February 2026
Join our Adventure Pathways team as a Hospitality Assistant and help create unforgettable experiences at Mylor Adventure Camp and Wirraway Homestead. You’ll assist with meal prep and serving, maintain food safety and campsite cleanliness, and support the team to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay. If you take pride in quality service and enjoy working in a team, this role is a rewarding way to contribute to meaningful outdoor programs.
About you:
You are enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team to create memorable experiences for guests. You take pride in delivering high-quality results and pay close attention to detail in food preparation, serving, and campsite cleanliness. Friendly and approachable, you communicate well with both colleagues and campers. You are adaptable, flexible, and safety-conscious, ready to support the team wherever needed. A passion for hospitality, an interest in outdoor experiences, and alignment with the values of Baptist Care SA will help you thrive in this role.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- High School level Food and Hospitality subjects studies
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions
- Good communication skills
