Program Manager - Homelessness Services
About the role – Maximum Term Full Time Contract until 30th June 2027
As the Manager of Wardli-ana and Youth Accommodation Services, you’ll lead the operational management and delivery of Baptist Care SA’s homelessness programs. Working as part of the Pathways to Home & Healing leadership team and contributing to the Toward Home Alliance you’ll ensure quality, client-focused service delivery, strong partnerships, and a healthy, values-driven team culture. This role is key in promoting cultural identity, accountability, and continuous improvement while representing Baptist Care SA across sector networks and forums to strengthen community impact.
About you:
With experience in community or homelessness services, you bring strong operational management skills, a collaborative approach, and a deep commitment to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people andvulnerable young people. You’re confident building partnerships, inspiring teams, and leading with integrity creating environments where innovation, respect, and cultural inclusion flourish.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant qualifications in social work, community services, management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in human services or similar environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of homeless sector, Youth sector, Aboriginal services sector or similar environment
