Receptionist - Wayville


About the role – Maximum Term Full Time Contract until 13th November 2026

Be the welcoming face of Baptist Care SA’s corporate office. As our Receptionist, you’ll create a warm and professional first impression while keeping our busy Wayville office running smoothly. From managing front desk operations to supporting administration and coordinating meetings, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting our mission to strengthen communities across South Australia.

About you:

You’re a warm, professional and organised individual who thrives in a busy front office environment. With strong communication skills and confidence using office technology, you can juggle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. You bring experience in reception or administration and are motivated to contribute to a values-based organisation committed to supporting the community.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the community services sector
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Competence in the use of contemporary office technology, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, including TEAMS
